Injury To Singer Forces Band Out of
Sol Fest Lineup
Rosemary Gates regrets to inform its fans that the band has
been forced to drop out of the Sol Fest 2008 lineup due to an injury to
vocalist Christian Schult.
"Christian received second degree burns to his face and
arm this week in a work related injury," stated Michael Archbold,
guitarist for the band. "We have received word that Christian is ok and
will make a full recovery, however, the recovery time
needed will coincide with the scheduled Sol Fest 2008 Event at
The band states the injury will not interfere with other
scheduled events nor significantly affect production of the new album due late
08 / early 09.
"We're just happy Christian is ok and wish him a speedy recovery," added bassist Bryan Bankson. "Be sure to send Christian your best. He will appreciate it very much."
